From the moment you walk in, to the moment you depart, you are made to feel as if you are their most important client. Housekeeping is top notch, front desk is exceptional, and the entire atmosphere is truly calm and relaxing. The in room internet is slow to non exsistant at times, but that is something a couple extra repeaters can resolve. I recommend the resturaunt, you wont be dissapointed!

Cons: Only suggestion was that our rooms ac was a bit weak.

My husband and I came there for a combination mini vacation and business trip. The staff was fantastic from the beginning with assisting us with transportation to and from dinner. The special suprises brought to the room for my anniversary, roses, strawberries and champagne. Then when we forgot a personal item at the hotel, they promptly assisted me with getting it retunred as soon as possible.

Cons: The manager's reception was a little noisy.

Nice, relaxing hotel. We purchased the "Zoo Package". Great deal, free tickets to the zoo and the hotel provided an excellent cooler lunch for the zoo. We had a great time!

Loved "almost" everything. Rooms, Staff, Breakfast. But, elevators are SLOW. One guest said one was out of order for over a year.

I travel on business to Milwaukee 2x a month from Okc. normally I stay at the Sheraton in Brookfield but due to Nascar this weekend I stayed here. Service was outstanding, food was excellent. It seemed to me the staff went out of there way to make sure you were comfortable. As for the rooms I enjoyed the split living area from the sleeping area plus the size of the rooms made my 4 day stay very comfortable. I will switch from the Sheraton to the Suites on all my trips to Brookfield.

Thank you very much for the wonderful stay. We had won a gift certificate to your hotel and used it the night of June 10. We are from the area and were very impressed with your accomodations . Our young children loved the cookies at night-time and also liked the Brewer tailgate party. I would defnitely would recommend this hotel to my friends and family who were visiting from out of town. Fantastic complimentary breakfast- probably the best we have ever seen!!!

Stayed at this hotel this weekend for a Scrapbook Convention in Waukesha. May come back in November to do some shopping. The area is fantastic the hotel was super. Very nice friendly staff, clean nice rooms, great breakfast. Open your door to the smell of fresh baked cookies. Only complaint was the Tailgate Party for the Brewer game..kinda dull. The ad said games and prizes and no staff we asked knew anything about that. Would have made it livelier.

Everyone from the main desk to the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Denise at the breakfast counter and her staff. Denise went above and beyond to make our stay special by making recommedations of local attractions, printing out directions on map quest, and just taking the time to chat with our family. You have a jewel of an employee in her.

Cons: The public computers were not at desks, and they were in the hallway.

This Hotel was very friendly, the custom made breakfast was totally awesome! I loved having the separate room from the bedroom. The atrium was beautiful and relaxing. All of the staff I talked with while my family was there were friendly and accomidating. I would definately stay here again!

recently stayed here during a training seminar. The staff was great, the food was wonderful, the hotel is really clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Milwaukee!

I would definitely recommend Brookfield Suites Hotel to all our family and friends. This hotel is one of the finest hotels that we have stayed in. Their service and commitment to their guests is outstanding, and the accommodations are superb. Upon arrival, their hotel lobby and atrium are a retreat in itself. The guest rooms are very comfortable, with each room being a suite. Our family really appreciates the extra space. In the morning, you are then treated to their complimentary breakfast, which is outstanding! They offer a full cooked to order breakfast, along with many extras. Our family also enjoys swimming in their indoor pool, and using the whirlpool, sauna and steamroom. We have stayed in many local hotels and suites, but by far, Brookfield Suites surpasses them all. Thank-you Brookfield Suites!!!

it was very relaxing.I loved the bar. The bed rooms are awsome the most soft place to relax and the bath tub was so big I could fit 8 people.Also there TV is awsome. HAVE AN AWSOME TIME SAYING AT THE HOTEL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay and offers alot of nice perks. the hotel has very spacious rooms and offers a great breakfast and free drinks. During my stay the staff was very friendly and was well informed as to what the hotel has to offer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in a great hotel for business.
